1. Who is the data controller

The controller for kalkulatorcbam.pl is the site operator, reachable at: [email protected]. Full identification data of the controller is available on request at that email address.

2. What we collect and why

Waitlist (form on the homepage). We collect only an email address, the signup date and the language version (PL/EN). Purpose: contacting you about early access to the tool we are building. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given by ticking the checkbox next to the form.

Hosting logs (Cloudflare). The site runs on Cloudflare infrastructure, which by default processes IP addresses and technical HTTP request data for security and abuse prevention (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We do not use this data to identify users or for marketing.

3. What we do not do

No ads, no marketing trackers, no user profiling, no selling or sharing personal data with third parties. The site sets no analytics or advertising cookies in your browser.

4. Retention

Waitlist emails are kept until early-access recruitment closes and any related contact, no longer than 24 months from signup, unless you withdraw consent earlier.

5. Your rights

You may access, rectify, erase and restrict processing of your data, withdraw consent at any time (without affecting prior lawful processing), and lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Data Protection Authority (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland, uodo.gov.pl). Requests: [email protected].

6. Recipients

Waitlist data is stored on Cloudflare infrastructure (acting as a processor under a data processing agreement) and does not leave it.

7. Changes
