What matters for energia under CBAM

Under the definitive regime (from 1 January 2026) the CN code of the good is what counts. The intensity below is a sector average for quick estimation. If you import over 50 tonnes of CBAM goods per year in total (all sectors add up), you need authorised declarant status.
